Sessions

1 Hour & 15 Minute: Full-body with focus on one area of concern or focused work on back, neck, arms, and head.   


1 Hour & 30 Minutes: Full-body with more than one area of concern. More time for focused work, stretching and time to relax.


1 Hour & 45 Minutes w/ Cupping: Full-body with more than one area of concern and working in sync with cups to improve muscle mobility and circulation. More time for you to relax. **Cupping not optional**


2 Hour Massage w/ Cupping & Foot Scrub: Full-body with more than one area of concern and working in sync with cups to improve muscle mobility and circulation. More time to completely relax and allow for slower work to get deeper into the layers of those stubborn muscles. **Cupping not optional**


Included with every session:


Warm towels, warm weighted heat packs, cold or warm eye compresses, peppermint scalp massage


Warm stones, cupping, warming lotion, cooling lotion and pain cream can be added to any session with no additional cost. Please select your options when you book your session so I can have everything prepared in advance!
